Garux 2426697f65 UV Tool: add patch support 
patch controls move modifiers: shift = only move along the axis with the biggest move, ctrl = snap hard to grid and povit lines
fix a couple of Patch::Calculate_AvgNormal() and Patch::NaturalTexture() problems
