Keep the GUI as the index writer for now; mutex, named pipe, and opt-in logon autostart prepare Explorer.Host.exe without two SQLite writers.

Add a sequential file-operations queue with pause, reorder, and optional auto-clear; persist window size and tree width; show free space; and clear leftover indexing status.

Keep official clients in charge of sync while Explorer can group locations, persist UI prefs, and list zip/rar/7z members without extracting them.
